Construction output falls by 0.4% in 2019 then rises by 1.4% in 2020 and 1.7% in 2021. Private housing starts fall by 2.0% in 2019 then rise by 1.0% in both 2020 and 2021. Offices construction to decline by 11.0% in 2019 and 4.0% in 2020. Retail construction falls 10.0% in both 2019 and 2020. Infrastructure work to rise by 9.3% in 2019, by 9.7% in 2020 and 8.6% in 2021.
