TRADA services during Covid-19

TRADA’s staff is predominantly working remotely following guidance from Public Health England and the UK Government in order to safeguard its staff, members and partners. As a result, TRADA HQ is now closed to visitors until the Government instructs us that it is safe to reopen.


TRADA services continue to run as usual; however, methods of accessing them may vary so please review the following and be patient in the meantime.

Our complete catalogue of resources will continue to be accessible for all our members. If you have a question about membership, or need some support, contact membership administrator Kathryn Macneil on 01494 569603 or membership@trada.co.uk. If she can't answer your question, she will direct you to a member of the team who can.


Getting advice from the technical team

Members of TRADA can still receive technical advice from our team of timber experts. Simply email advisory@trada.co.uk with your question and one of the team will be in touch.


Book orders and enquiries

TRADA e-books and other digital products remain available for instant download from the TRADA Bookshop. Email bookshop@bmtrada.com if you have any enquiries about publications or orders.
