A two-day refresher course which will take palce on the last two days of the Visual Strength Grading course. The training will provide an overview of the subject followed by a practical examination by BM TRADA Certification. A Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded to successful candidates.
Companies with certificated graders may apply for licensed membership of the BM TRADA Q-Mark VSG scheme.

Anyone involved in the selection and supply of softwood for structural use who wishes to re-sit the BM TRADA Certification examination and/or existing graders whose registration has lapsed for 2 years or more.

Timed grading exercises for long length grading to both GS and SS
Mock examination including long lengths, knot plots and timber recognition under timed conditions
