Background
Government-sponsored Best Practice Programmes aim to help industry exploit the benefits of best practice and so encourage a construction culture. This should result in more efficient and competitive industry. .
Project Aim
The Best Practice network aims to provide information, advice and guidance to organisations across the construction industry that want to improve their businesses by implementing better management processes. The Timber Best Practice Programme aims to identify and prioritise the best practice requirements of the timber supply chain and its clients in the construction sector. The benefits of best practice are demonstrated through case study examples.
