TRADA Technology’s expertise lies in timber and its use in construction.

Two important areas where we are very active are:

• Timber Condition Surveys - Surveying existing structures and elements to check their suitability for future use or refurbishment
• Timber Frame Consultancy (frameCHECK) - Checking that timber based buildings are designed, manufactured and erected correctly.

Chiltern Fire (TRADA Technology's sister company) is also able to check that fire safety strategies have been correctly designed, constructed and implemented (fire safety audits).
