Activities
Arrangement of 6 week training programme, study tour and itinerary comprising:
- Seminar on forest products marketing
- Seminar on logical framework analysis
- Visits to sawmills and panel products production facilities
- Visits to machinery manufacturers
- Machinery management (criteria for selection, repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance programmes, health and safety)
- Production management (production and process costing, job evaluation, quality control/assurance)
- Resources (raw materials, resource management, environmental aspects, waste utilisation)
