Timber frame bible and green oak publication now online
 Further enhancing benefits for members, TRADA has added the text and illustrations from two of its leading publications, ‘Timber frame construction' and ‘Green Oak in Construction', to the members only area of the website.
Click here to view the fourth edition of Timber frame construction. The essential manual on timber frame for all specifiers and designers, now with more than 250 new drawings and additional guidance on designing for energy performance requirements, was revised earlier this year. Green oak in construction (2007) is the only comprehensive guide for designers and specifiers on green oak structures, featuring illustrated case studies, drawings, strength grading information and engineering design data.
