Timber tours at Ecobuild help visitors make the most of their day
Following the success of the tour programme this year, TRADA will again be offering guided ‘Timber tours' around members' stands at Ecobuild 2012, to highlight the latest innovations in timber and timber-related products. TRADA Technology specialists will provide an informed commentary on some of the technical and regulatory drivers behind them.
More than 160 visitors booked onto TRADA's Timber Tours this year. TRADA Membership & Marketing Manager Rupert Scott said, ‘There is so much to see in a limited time that any help in making the day more structured is clearly appreciated. The tours help visitors to prioritise their targets and to make the most of their time at the show.'
The tours will focus on a range of new products, processes and innovations, and, he added, ‘if this year is anything to go by, on some of the most exciting structures at the show'. Each delegate will have a headset, to be able to concentrate on the guide and there will be the opportunity to follow up with key contacts afterwards.
The tours will run hourly on each day of the show and are free of charge to all visitors. The timetable will be finalised next month. Spaces, however, will be limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. To indicate your interest, please email .
TRADA will again have an imposing presence at Ecobuild 2012, with a stand area of more than 80m2. TRADA and TRADA Technology were delighted with the success of the show this year. ‘What was truly exciting was being at the hub of the timber presence, helping timber collectively to make a huge impact on visitors,' Mr Scott stressed.
Ecobuild 2012 will take place at London's ExCel from 20th - 22nd March. For more information click here.
