Sponsor In Touch with Timber and meet over 200 building professionals in one day.
Alongside the seminar programme will be an exhibition showcasing timber-based products and services. Throughout the day delegates will visit the exhibition giving you the chance to promote your company and sell your products and services.
How is sponsoring this event going to benefit my company?
In Touch with Timber brings together 200+ building professionals in one room in one day. This event gives you the opportunity to promote your company's new products/services, gain new business and network with people within the industry.
You will also have the opportunity to listen to a range of seminars providing inspiration and technical knowledge that could help you with future projects. How can TRADA ensure a well attended event?
We use many channels to publicise the event, these include PR, Mailshots, TRADA monthly enews, TRADA website, regular eshots and much more.
The TRADA website alone has 40,000 visitors a month and the TRADA enews is sent out to over 50,000 registered users per month. From this level of activity and the high profile speakers we anticipate 200+ delegates.
Delegates will also be given the opportunity to request a meeting with all sponsors, this meeting will take place at given times throughout the day.
How is TRADA going to ensure that people visit my stand? To encourage visitors to your stand we are introducing a prize draw. Each delegate will receive a prize draw card on arrival. To enter this draw delegates must visit each stand and receive a stamp/sticker from a stand representative. Only delegates that have visited all stands and have a complete card will be able to enter the draw.
We are also giving all delegates the chance to book meetings with all exhibitors. This will be done at the booking stage and exhibitors will be given a time table on the day of the event if a meeting is required.
Will we know who is attending before the event?
Yes. A list of delegates who confirm they will attend the event will be supplied prior to the event and a list of delegates that actually attended, with address and telephone numbers (if provided) will be supplied after the event. This will be supplied in an Excel format so your sales team can use the data quickly and efficiently.
How will my company be promoted before during and after the event? Before the event
All sponsors will have their company listed on the ‘In Touch with Timber' website. Lead sponsors will have their company logo, a short company description with contact details and a link to their website. Standard sponsors will have their company listed with a website link.
During the event
Upon arrival all delegates will receive an exhibitor supplement. This will include details of all companies who are sponsoring the event. Lead sponsors will receive two A4 pages per company, page one will be an editorial piece up to 600 words and the other a full page advert. Standard sponsors will receive one page per company, half page for an editorial piece up to 300 words and a half page advert. Please note details must be sent by 24th April 2009 at the latest to ensure inclusion.
The supplement will also be available to download from the TRADA website which receives 40,000 visits a month.
