Training and possessing a qualified workforce is key to our success, therefore, we insist on recruitment of appropriately qualified operatives and managers. For those employees who have a wealth of experience and no formal qualification, our dedicated training department provide assessment service to ensure each and every employee is qualified to the require industry standard.
Our customer care procedure is essential when providing service to our clients and their clients. We worked with Audit commission inspectors, to develop processes and practices which provide value to our clients. Our aim is not just to meet our clients' Customer Care requirements, but exceed them.
Our quality assurance procedure follows the management processes of our ISO9001 accreditation. However, we have recently been awarded Investor in Excellence, which ratifies our operational quality assurance procedures. Our aim is to provide a service that yields a right first time approach being defect free at handover.
Through our continuous improvement model, we are able to work with our clients to identify key areas for project development. Through this development, we look to create efficiency, reduce cost and provide a sustainable solution to increased life cycles. Part of this approach is to develop our approach to Environmental issues. We have seen specific success in this area and received a Highly Commended Award from Business Excellence in January 2009.
