How to use the Bookshop

Products in the bookshop are arranged in logical categories so that you can easily browse to find what you are looking for. However, if you are looking for something specific you can also search for specific text.

If your search was successful, matching items will be listed in summary. Click the item's title to see its full description.

When you find a book you want, simply click on the 'Add to basket' icon. You can then visit the checkout or continue browsing.

Before you reach the checkout you may review your shopping basket contents and make any adjustments by clicking the 'View Basket' link. Postage and packing is added and VAT is calculated at the checkout stage. At this point you will be able to choose your preferred payment method.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card you will be connected to a secure server where your card details will be collected. Once your payment has been accepted you will see a confirmation message on the screen and if you have chosen any downloadable products, you will be able to visit the download centre to access them.

Once we have received your order we will send you an automatic email confirming the goods ordered and amount to be charged. This email is for information only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

If you are a Member of TRADA and wish to make your purchase using a company purchase order you should choose this option at the checkout and follow the instructions given. Note that for security reasons you can only choose this payment option if your company has nominated you as an administrator.
